Good, convenient location & reasonable price. Reception desk was usually not staffed. Entrance was nearly always locked. Rigid breakfast hours which did not accommodate early morning meetings. No hairdryer or pot to heat water for tea or coffee in room. No clock in room.
-
Breakfast Should have blackout curtains. Room 152. Street lights shine in room. Should have safety bar in bathtub.

It’s become shabby. The rugs are worn out, the furniture is scratched. The garden wasn’t set up with nice chairs or flowers. It’s run down and needs to be refreshed.

Shabby, worn out rugs.

Great breakfast, very good nice and accommodating staff. This was our fourth time staying at the Little House in Baka, but the first time staying in one of the downstairs rooms. I much more prefer being in one of the rooms upstairs.

The salads at breakfast were really delicious, and there were a lot to choose from. The hot food was OK, but nothing special. Reception was uneven, ranging from very helpful to "Why are you bothering me?", depending on who was at the desk.

Nothing

It was a small room, but it had everything I needed! Older hotel with a small bathroom.
-
Simple furniture, inexpensive, bathroom was modern with good water pressure. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was available with good cafe hafuch ( cappuccino). Breakfast had a good variety, but some of the same food was served the next day. I would recommend serving less variety which would ensure that the food in the buffet will be finished.

I asked for 2 rooms with 2 beds in each. At the checkin, there were 2 rooms, one had 1 bed, and the other had 3 beds.

The worst customer service experience I have ever seen in your life. I wanna get a refund immediately. The worst welcome from the front desk, disgusting food, room not comfortable at all and really tiny, horrible bathroom, there is no minimum space between the toilets and the bathtub. Are you serious? And last thing, the price per night is really expensive compared with the services you expect from this hotel. I wanna get a refund immediately.

the location , the breakfast and the facilities
-
Clean and inexpensive Sheets were very old and pilled. Towels dingy. Pillows hard and uncomfortable.
-
Conveniently located near coffee, stores, restaurants and good transportation Good breakfast Noisy Stuff were not available most hours of day and night at lobby
-
The breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice, all quite good. Espresso drinks were surprisingly excellent - surprise because I'm a total snob, but best coffee this trip to Jerusalem so far! - and, except for the espresso at b'fast, only instant or "botz" offered). Staff were wonderful! Lobby is a bit cramped; except for the excellent espresso drinks at b'fast, the coffee "station" only had instant or "botz".
