Only thing was we asked for 2 separate beds and when we came the beds were put together. We asked them to fix it and it was taken care of right away.

Fantastic location, great value for money and warm and welcoming staff. Bathrooms are big tired , could do with some work.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in Jerusalem. We come every year - close to many restaurants, the Main Street, and close to our family. It is one of the most beautifully authentic hotels in the area. The staff takes care of us better and better every stay.

Great location. Very good value for the money Rooms were a bit small but I expected that

It’s an old style building in Jerusalem (as the neighbourhood is) which I love. It is well spaced from garden, lobby, to rooms. The place and neighbourhood is quiet. There weren’t guests talking loudly. I enjoyed very much one of balconies of my room has a big tree surrounded. The staff are kind and willing to help. Buses are easily accessible to downtown. Walking around the neighbourhood is excellent. The hotel location is close to various shops where daily basic needs are met, even some good restaurants and cafes within few minutes walk. dust in the back of fridge needs to be cleaned up before guests arrival because it would affect its function.

The property is in a great neighborhood, not far from the center and has its own distinct vibe. The hotel is cozy and the breakfast was great. The service is pretty basic.

Super kind and helpful staff to include Sufian and Jeffrey. Both went out of their way to help me and make my visit enjoyable. Hope to be back someday.

The friendly staff and the extra details like complementary coffee and tea in the morning and sparkling wine with soufghaniot for Hanukkah in the evening. The building appeared to be a little out dated

Conveniently located in beautiful Baka

Great location and architecture The restaurant that hosts breakfast for the hotel wouldn’t accept us because we were a group (family trip). So they sent a box the day before, we had to skip breakfast (for quality) and since it was booked with booking.com there was no refund for the breakfasts that were paid via booking ….only 2 out of 8 breakfasts boxes were served. A couple in their 70s tried the breakfast, the bread was a day or so old and so were the other ingredients…the rest of us skipped breakfast. The other guests as we understood were accepted in the restaurant
