location was the best for me!

Great location. Clean comfortable spa and pool. The breakfast was basic, not up to par with other similarly priced hotels.

The rooms are very pretty, staff is very pleasant and professional. The hotel is very very clean. Bathroom is very spacious and nice . Rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. Our room was by the elevator so we kept waking up due to the loud noises and loud speaking of other people. The variety of Food was very surprisingly little. We only had breakfast and there was a very small amount of kinds. For a 5 stars hotel I expect more options and way more kinds of foods.

Breakfast was very good, parking was very good, location was very good. Service was very good. Housekeeping services could have been better - no hand soap, no hand towels, no replacement of used glasses.

Breakfast was good, location is good and the building and surroundings are cool It's not like it's a horrible hotel or anything like that, but it's just "meh" and not good enough - we asked for a massage and the spa said they will get back to us - never did. We asked for a late check-out (paid, not for free) and never heard from them. Some things in the room where not 100% clean... again, nothing horrible but this is an expensive hotel - for that price it REALLY not good enough.

Clean, good location. Good breakfast Hotel closes at 11 pm and only way to get in is call security on the phone. I had one night during which mu phone battery died and I could not get in. Lucky another guest hd a phone. This is a huge safety concern. You should install a bell!!!

The location is brilliant. The area is beautiful, lovely flowers planted all around the area. the Jerusalem Theatre is opposite the hotel and we enjoyed a great performance – hilarious play in Hebrew but with English subtitles one of the funniest shows I have ever seen. The room and bathroom were very luxurious . Very large bottles of Clarins products in bathroom. Massive breakfast. . very attentive staff, we arrived very early and our room was ready. Had a swim followed by avery relaxing massage in the spa – one of the best I’ve ever had Have stayed here before and enjoyed the high standards. .we only stayed three nights but the Hotel is Great for a longer stay. Felt the area was 100% safe Would rate it above 10. Or I liked everything

A lot has been invested in the hotel, from the buildings to the rooms - great design, quality materials, real luxury everything was at a high level, nothing to say

Disappointing

There were a couple instances in which the cleaning staff needed some more attention to detail

Location. Breakfast. The swimming pool was not accessible to hotel guests after 5pm. The hotel publication as having a swimming pool is misleading. Inaccessible swimming pool is like no swimming pool . It was not very clear to me while booking, that the parking is a paid parking and not included in the room rate. Glass door to WC.

The towls wow !!!! Where do you by them ??? Clean Relaxing Very helpful what ever we ask was done on the spot

all the meals including breafast ( exceptionnel ) were very good the location and the era near the theater of Jerusalem with a very good vibe , near the center was a beatiful balade !! the check in !! the room at 4:15 pm were not ready and shabbat entered at 4:30 pm the man at the check was totally out ..didn't give us any informations when were the rooms ready , which rooms were ours.....
