The facilities and the people at the reception. The cleaning wasn’t the best…lots of dust and other issues

Big hotel territory, very green Indoors swimming pool is open till late (10:00 pm) Hotel is suitable for families with kids The hotel is a bit outdated Outdoor swimming pool is very shallow, gets heated till noon, the water is boiling and smells bad

The food was satisfying. And a few possibilities for gluten free restrictions. The hotel reception called us before arrival to make sure that they aware of our food restrictions (not obvious) There was a free tour at the Kibuzts and a wine workshop. The family room was old, and there was noise. We had ants on the wall next to the bed. The pool closed on Sunday until noon and closed on Friday Eve.

The property is located with greenery and variety of flowers. The nature brings calm to the soul. It is always clean. The lobby is inviting. The variety and delicious breakfast and dinner. The old carpets can be cleaned throughly or remove the carpets.

The staff were excellent. The spa was nice, and my massage was wonderful. There was nothing to do at night in the area. The hotel had no entertainment of any sort.

Sports facilities & pools are great! Rooms & bathrooms were spotless. A nice touch was the food, chocolate and bottled water in our room as a courtesy on arrival No fresh fruit at breakfast buffet

The food was ok, could been better, it was better to offer less but with higher quality

There were some small things- the balcony door, separating the neigbouring balcony, never properly locked. One of the side lights to the bed didnt work properly. I had to ask for teabags... nothing major but small stuff that added up- particularly for the price I paid...These minor things were fixed, although the door never closed fully... There was smoking on the grounds by the pool- there should be a total ban on smoking outdoors except for a designated area

Super location- friendly staff - comfortable rooms- good food

I really enjoyed the space I had in my room, the low key family atmosphere, the helpfulness of all the staff, the amazing swimming pool! Although I really like being away from the centre of things, with all the construction going on for the light rail it took longer than I anticipated to get in and out of town...

The location, the country club and the activities The check out time at ten was awkward.

Ramat Rachel was a great location for us because my sister lives in nearby Har Choma - that is why we chose it. We enjoyed not being in the center of the tumult of Jerusalem for this part of our stay. The pool and kids water park looked great but unfortunately we did not have the time to enjoy the facilities. The lobby was pretty and welcoming. The front desk staff were helpful when needed. There was construction going on during our visit and the front entrance was completely obscured the day we arrived - we had difficulty knowing where to enter the hotel and drop our bags . More of the entrance area was cleared of construction debris the next day but definitely there was no help navigating this construction area on arrival. Also, our room windows were covered in dust during our stay.
