The Standart room is a little small, better to get upgrade

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, also it was easy to find and it's possible to park the car there Frankly I felt the staff (all men) and the guys who were at the hotel was a bit strange. They wanted to charge me first a higher price than on booking because they thought I was local. The hotel as a whole felt a bit soulless. I didn't see a single women during the time I stayed there and also no other guests and I didn't feel so comfortable as a solo travelling woman there, but for one night it was ok. And in terms of service.. it was the small things, I wasn't offered any help with my luggage for example, which is a standard thing to ask when you accompany a guest after the check-in to the room. Also when I checked out there was no one there and no employee to be found. Maybe they were busy smoking.

It was a comfortable quiet place to stay.

The breakfast and the huge!! Jacuzzi, Nice staff. The electricity in the room was not working so well, the Jacuzzi was noisy during the night, the location is a bit far..

Excellent breakfast
-
Far from noise, comfort, as described. Realy Good jacuzzi in the room . The TV innthe room is too old and complicated , and is difficult to navigate.

The breakfast was wonderful. Zaki was cheerful and sweet and made fresh, delicious personalized breakfasts. He and his wife were helpful and accommodating with every aspect of my stay. It is located very close to the entry to Bethlehem, so not safe to walk on the roads at night, but I still recommend it highly. Sometimes the cigarette smell bothered me.

Simplicity. Christian quietness. Diligence of the staff. Emptiness of the place the time we were there. Cleanliness. Comfort of the bedding. Abundant Breakfast. Very small fitness. A pity it misses a spa or a sauna.

We liked how helpful and nice were everyone who works here. They helped us and take care of us (2 girls traveling) since the day we arrived. George was adorable, he called us and made sure we made it to the hotel safetly. The bed was extremely comfortable. Especially me, that I need go, firm bed. This is the one!!! the room is very spacaus. Nice mirror and very clean in general. Breakfast was good. GOOD HUMMUS! i was surprised. And again, THE PEOPLE made everything outstanding. I think the location was the only thing we didn't like much. It's very close to main sites in Jerusalem and most things to visit in Jerusalem it's easy. Transportation is goo. You can also go working to Bethelem, however, any other place, you need to get a car or prepare yourself with a lot of times because most times are not close by.
