Quality Inn Jessup - Columbia South Near Fort Meade

The property needs a major renovation . The carpets on the hallways are old with damp smell. The floor on my room is oneven with cracked floor board. The a/c in my room was dripping water into the room causing a small pool of water on the floor. Called front desk and she offered me extra towels to clean. That the cleaners have closed for the day.

Simple outdated hotel. Beds and linen were very comfortable though.

Nice place, good location. But.....Room had no lamp next to the desk. When I was offered another room, THAT room's bathroom light was flickering. We took the lamp from the second room back to the first room and I complemented the desk clerk on her patience but then she said "I can't keep opening up new rooms for you". That's when I said to her that someone in the motel maintenance staff was not doing their job. That night, I found a light bulb was missing from the nightstand lamp. When I told the morning clerk about it, he said that they would take care of it. I told him "That doesn't do ME any good.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly but I should be able to leave a open container or food out without seeing bugs

Staff was unfriendly, vending machines did not work, facility was dirty, drug use on property. Building adjacent to property was packed with honking horns, loud cars and people being escorted out by police

I do not recommend this hotel

the place is not very safe and the people stay in are not friendly

Bed was ok; pillows great; staff personable; breakfast plentiful. Not a great family location. Suitable for in & out sleep stay only. Room rate was high for lack of maintenance.

Everything. It smelled of mold and marijuana. The room was filthy. The bed linings were stained and dirty. I found bugs in the bathroom.

The room was not cleaned i found a brown bottle next to my bed the beds were u comforable the tv kept going in and out fuzzy tv connection the bathroom ceiling was falling through very noisy could not access new sheets when arrived no housekeeping available that day

Staff was friendly and professional Water stains on bathroom ceiling, some food/nutshells left on side table and a loose pill on the floor.

Room was clean but hotel is outdated. Breakfast is included but it's not the greatest. Staff was very friendly. Good location as it's east to get on and off I-95. Several places to eat in area. You get what you pay for and I was just thankful for a clean place to lay my head.

They were old stains on the bedding. On the last night, there were people outside honking their horns and yelling and laughing at 3 am in the back.

It was cheap No warm water, non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, no one at counter when I needed to check out at 6:30am

Very dirty, furniture was in disrepair, fitness center did not have working AC or television or treadmill, loud music and flood lights outside my window, refrigerator made a loud buzzing noise that kept me awake and when I asked someone at the front desk where the noise was coming from she said she's send someone up to check it out and then forgot. I stayed there to get a good night's sleep and did not get one, so as far as I'm concerned, I should get a full refund

Although close to Rt1 is was quiet until a truck alarm went off at 4:00am. Breakfast was good. Desk manager was helpful. Internet was great, I was able to to a zoom meeting at the same time I vpn’ed to corporate, usually a heavy network lift….

The rooms were not very well cleaned only the basics. First room I was given the fan on the heater did not work. The second one would sometimes make really loud noises when running so it was either deal with the heater noise or freeze. Because the windows were super draft and just blowing in cold air from the outside. Every night people were out making lots of noise in the hallways all the way up to 2 am. It was cheap i wasn't expecting much but what I got was pretty terrible. Although I've slept in worse hotels.
