En general todo estuvo bien! Solo nos fue un poco difícil encontrar el front desk al llegar y no había nadie afuera que nos pueda orientar.

Barely any towel in the bathroom. Sheets had cigarette burns.

Never went to breakfast Housekeeping they didn't come and check if you staying couple of days i feel like they should come see if you need anything

I booked a room with two double beds to adult and on my way there I receive a phone call from one of the staff to tell me that they did not have that room. It was already taken, and the only thing we could get was a room with a king size bed which really did not work for us because my husband has disabilities and has to be propped up and have a lot of pillows and stuff in order for him to sleep so the bad accommodations were not good neither one of us slept hardly at all that night. It wasn’t good.

Breakfast is only snack like bars, tiny muffins and coffee. There was 4 of us in one room and they only gave us 2 towels and very limited toiletries

The cast was good and the breakfast was not so bad When you entered the room, it just had a weird odor to the room I woke up with a sinus headache

Roaches in the bed and mildewed smelling pillows are unacceptable

When it was time to leave they didn't give me my 20 dollars back wanted to act crazy talking about they didn't see a reservation for me so how did I get my room so that was tacky and I will never go back ever. I live in Brooklyn NYC ok so I didn't have to stay at that lil hotel ok so no I don't like it they scammed me out of my money period didn't even want to do this but people needs to know.

Breakfast options consisted of 4 tiny, plastic wrapped muffins, and 3 small granola bars. The place had seen better days, including bugs in our bathroom and generally run down. Lots of car noise outside the door at night. Would not stay again.

The housekeeping came in my room while I was not there and threw my stuff away.. however she kept the bottle of liquor.. my shirt was just bought Saturday and it was $30. The bottle of liquor was $20. It is 1030 as im typing this. I even put the do not disturb sign on the door and when I came back the room had been cleaned.

Outside of that, I had no issue with the people I interacted with. Being more pleasant wouldn't be a bad idea though. Being on the less expensive side is no excuse for lack of pleasantries.
