Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Laurel Near Fort Meade

The 1st room wasn't clean. The elevator floors were sticky, the room smelled like cigarettes. I dont blame the staff, the management is clearly an issue.

The water was room temperature warm not hot. I have stayed there a few times and the water is always just warm.

Comfortable, clean and good location. The breakfast was included, but there were only bagels, orange juice and coffee.

The room was not clean, had a terrible odor, the drapes hanged poorly and did not close properly for privacy. Jeremiah at the check-in was good; Daisha (?) the next morning gave the impression she could care less about this guest and resisted a simple request, a "cannot do" attitude. The phone in the room did not work.

The room's clean and really big, and two king size beds are just what we need. Parking's a bit tight, so finding a spot at night might be tricky

Location Everything. I almost left and didnt even stay. I had to get lysol from my car and lysol the entire room it smelled so bad. I walked into the room and the broken curtain was hanging down. I imagine they didnt notice that when they " cleaned" the room. I had to climb up and attempt to find a way to hang it. The chair had stains all over it. It was absolutely gross. The staff at the front desk was beyond rude. Even for a cheap hotel it is not worth going that cheap

The first room we got was a ‘non smoking room’ but when we stepped in the first thing we smelled were pure cigarettes. plus there were people in the stairs smoking. We went up to the front desk and they gave us another room but equally so the carpets were dirty, the fridge and ice bucket were dirty. Overall nice ish experience but would not come back.

First room assigned was already occupied. Free breakfast was a joke, lucky if there was coffee. Parking lot lights do not work, very dark at night. Several l Ioud a n d profane arguments happened in this lot durring stay. Parking lot ligh t s not working, very dark at night. Front desk was often not staffed and many empliyees didnt seem to care . NEVER AGAIN

Good

It took us about 40min to check-in because there was only one staff person onsite for the night. Once we checked in, the room was nice but we only had 1 set of towels. We later realized that the toilet didn't flush. When I talked with the front desk staff, she was trying to take a break but assisted me. She was able to provide us with another room. This room was better and made our stay good not excellent.

I liked the parking,Apple juice and orange juice. The Staff! She was a heavyset black women that checked me in at 1:40pm on Saturday 8/8/2026 was very rude and unwelcoming. Days inn should not have employees with that type of attitude, welcoming and checking in first time Guess. it’s unprofessional and does not give a warm welcome nor the option to want to come back again. She is best to be placed during the overnight shift.

Nothing The room was unkept and dirty. even when we ask them to clean the room they refuse saying the cleaning of for the day. we remind them the other day, they also did not clean and the room was smelling badly. The lacks control and always no

This location was dirty. Easy parking however the facility is very old and outdated. Will not return!
