The price was right I was charged an aditional $50 security deposit that was not mentioned in the booking. I had to put it on a credit card that caused my account to go in overdraft.This caused me much embarasment on my trip.

The new renovation looked good. I stayed there last 2025 and they in the process of renovating. No areas for a pool. The breakfast options are very few.

The young desk clerk was polite when we arrived early hours of the morning due to a delay in our flight. However, our room was not available in the building so we had to go to the building across the way. No worries. Opened the door & the room stunk & was so hot. Had to put A/C on all night/day just so it wouldn’t smell. No place to hang up or drawers to put away clothes. No iron or ironing board. The shower was the only thing good about this room. Hot & powerful! Got up to go have breakfast and it was all taken away by 8:30. And no coffee after 8:30??!!! Our king bed had three small pillows, not one king sized pillow. Went to front desk and the older desk clerk said our room has three pillows and grudgingly allowed my husband to grab one king sized pillow. Checking out next day & waited at the front desk for assistance to only be asked from the front desk clerk sitting in the chairs in the entry, “what do I need?” Just returning our rooms keys to check out. Will not return.

The value and location My room smelled like weed and there was no coffee or breakfast left. Although, operating hours were supposed to be 6:30-9:30am. Apparently, 8:30am is too late to get some breakfast.

The hotel grounds were not clean. Breakfast ended very early. The TV wasn't working. The refrigerator needed cleaning; it was full of ice. There was no iron in the room. The shower curtain was dirty or stained. There is no elevator.
