Holiday Inn Express Jesup by IHG

My experience went from good to bad. I stayed in the same hotel about two weeks prior. The breakfast was excellent the room was clean. This most recent stay was absolutely horrible as it relates to breakfast. When we woke up my wife and I had bed bug bites all over our bodies. We suspect room 217 has a bed bug infestation. When we went down to breakfast after I bragged to her about how good the breakfast was the last time I stayed. Unfortunately, the breakfast was substandard and lazily arranged and prepared. The grits and oatmeal were unrecognizable. They both looked like concrete forming and was hard, thick, and dehydrated. We heard one other customer, a young man, a teenager, walk in and ask, "what is this when he looked into the grits"? A lot needs to be done to address all of this because this is below the standard for any holiday express that I've ever stayed in.

Loved everything about our stay everyone is respectful and helpful. Super plus for having on-site laundry room that's super cheap. Gym and swimming pool

Quick overnight stay but room was nice and breakfast buffet was excellent.

The room was clean and the first day we had clean towels. Didn’t know that bringing fresh towels each day wasn’t a thing anymore. We had to ask for them. In fact, I thought the beds would be made too. Didn’t happen. The mirror on the wall over the table is useless. While sitting to do makeup you can’t see the top of your head. The shower had next to no pressure. Ugh i didn’t like the set up to connect to WiFi as you go through a whole sales presentation to get you to sign up for the rewards program. I also didn’t like seeing my name on the tv welcoming me to the hotel and asking how my stay was going. I accidentally clicked on good. Too invasive. As well as the text messages asking me how my stay was going. All in all, I didn’t care for my stay.

Hi great place to visit on Saturday

Everything was great I wanted to adjust the temp but the thermostat on the air wouldn’t adjust. I didn’t know there was a different thermostat on the wall. They should’ve told me at check in. Not a great big deal though. If it had been I would’ve called the desk.

Stayed for just one night. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable!

The room was clean, up-to-date, the staff was very nice the grounds were nice and safe they make a beautiful complimentary breakfast in the morning. I haven't been this pleased and comfortable in a hotel in awhile

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I finally was able to get my phone to cast to the TV, but smart tvs would be easier.

The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. We stayed on the first floor at the end of the hallway. It was very quiet & peaceful. The air conditioning in Jesup was good, but it kept cycling off & on during the night. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. They were very nice & let us check in early. It was very hot outside, & we wanted to take a shower & change clothes. We really enjoyed the breakfast! The fresh ground coffee was delicious, & we liked the pork breakfast links, French toast & fresh-baked cinnamon rolls! We stayed at Holiday Inn in Dublin, Ga, then drove to Holiday Inn in Jesup, Ga. spending four nights total on the same weekend. Both Holiday Inns were excellent, & we recommend them highly!

Seemed like a new hotel but carpet was stained. Tile was dirty and I would not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay. Very accommodating. Would stay here again. I was pleased with everything.
