I don’t know what to say

Old and rundown, customer service was limited. Pool was closed. Key pad had problems. Bathtub was stained and door had problems closing.

My stay at Quality Inn in Jesup, Georgia was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I checked in until the day I left. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. Great customer service can make all the difference, and this team definitely delivered. Thank you for your hospitality I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was in working order but the room could use some updating, particularly the door. This doesn't bother me personally just wanted someone else to be aware.

When I walked in to check in I Ask to see the room first it was so disgusting smelled like cat and dog urine . Sheets where filthy who establishment was horrible . The young lady in the front t desk was very helpful.

Motels old out of date, lamps and refrigerators are rusted doors hardly shut and the walls are peeling but the pool was clean and the bed was comfortable. And the Staff was great. I’d pay that just for the staff alone

Why wasn't I given points for my stay? I'm a member!

The first room I got had a dead bedbug on the air condition, as if it fell from the curtains. I asked the guy at the front desk to move me to a different room. He did not problem. The he gave me 108 was a big downgrade from my previous room, it smelled bad , there was a rag in the middle of the floor, the bathtub needed to be thrown away. Everything in the room looked to be worn out ragged and peeling. The door was cracked open upon arrival to the room. - the first room was decent had a bigger bathroom , was in good shape , just the bedbug problem. I stayed one time before and it was actually a pretty good stay. Just this last time was not it.

Everything was good ,except I didn't have any hot water.

There were holes in multiple walls. Staff was constantly on their phone while attending customers at the front desk

This property is absolutely the worst I’ve stayed at. Every single metal item in the room had rust all over it. The bathroom had no water pressure, there was black mold ALLLLL over the ceiling in the bathroom. The WiFi was absolutely terrible. The bed had a bedbug cover on it and there were stains on the inside of it as well.

Room have bugs,toilet isn't bolted to the floor has a oder sheets have cigarette burns ,water doesn't get hot

Gutters falling off, caution tape because railings were detached, tack strips under carpet exposed, they kicked us out of the pool after being locked in for 20 minutes because their gate lock was broke, breakfast was meh, beds uncomfortable, bathroom light never worked, people yelling outside until 2am. This place should be condemned.

I got on trouble for having my son and daughter in the pool with me. Said they had to get out. We were trying to cool off after a 7 hour car ride. Then the lock on the gate broke and we were locked inside the pool area in the heat for over an hour while they tried to unlock it but finally had to break the gate. But they made us stay out of the pool in the heat while they did it. My kids autistic it was really rough.

Clean rooms. The property could use some work.

Pictures on site are not the actual pictures for the hotel. The hotel is beat down. The first room they tried to give to us had roaches crawling on the bed. The second room had water damage broken cabinets. Dirty and not clean at all. Do not recommend to anyone and will no longer use this site because the images did not match the hotel.

ok, could use some basic maintenance and upkeep.

Got a no-smoking room that was clearly smoked, some basic upkeep could be done and carpet replaced.
