Comfortable bed, bathroom with hot-spring is excellent. Room is a bit dated, need some upgrades urgently.

Convenient location right in the middle of town, and next to the train station. Our experience was disappointing considering this was supposed to be a 4-star hotel, and the high price we paid per night. Although the thermostat indicated that there was heating in the room, it was just for show and in reality there was no heating. We had the misfortune of booking this place in the winter, so we spent the nights cold in our room. There was also no drinking water dispenser. The hotel advertised a lot of hot spring facilities. However in actuality, this hotel shares its breakfast and hot spring facilities with another hotel. So in order to use them, we had to walk outdoors in the cold winter in our swimming costumes to the other hotel. The furniture and facilities in general looked dated, and there was no bidet in the toilet.

The location was great. Staff is nice. Facility has different type of the spa. The room has no heater ? Either the Ac system was broken in my room or all room has no heater. Although the AC panel has the heater option, it only blew out cold air. Called the front desk and they told us in order for the temperature to go up is to turn off AC completely because heater doesn’t work. We went in December and the night was cold that day. Wasn’t a comfortable stay with the price.

I suggest to have additional staff at the reception as we waited for very long for the staff to operate the wheelchair lift. She was manning the reception counter and taking calls alone.

the onsen facilities were fantastic. location of the hotel is very convenient. staff were very helpful anf friendly. there were suggestions and information available on places of interests and food delicacies. the pillows provided were too flat. lighting in the room could be a bit brighter

the staff was very helpful and nice breakfast was horrible… nothing to eat for foreigners ?so we had to eat just boiled eggs with coffee?

great location, a comfy bed and a very clean bathroom! I did have trouble falling sleep as the walls and windows are not very much soundproofed.
