The host, Anna, was extremely nice, and the breakfast at her luina café was amazing. There was AC and everything was clean. They also helped us booking a transfer. The room was a bit too small for three people

Images are fraudulent and misleading. Had I seen the real ones I would have never booked. They show a comfortable bathroom with shower box. The reality is way inferior. There is no shower box, the shower splashes water directly on the floor and the bathroom seat, in a tiny bathroom. Shameful. All room pictures are all misleading. Picture 1 is a balcony with table, while the room does not have a balcony. Picture 2 is a view of a palm tree, which is not the view of the room. The actual view is a 50cm wide walled service corridor where all ACs machines are hung and make a lot of noise. Picture 3 shows a room which a glass window and natural light, the actual room does not have a glass window, only wooden blinds, and there is no natural light due to the service corridor. Picture 5 are hamacs, there are no hamacs in the room. The property added common area pictures to the room description which is misleading. Picture 6 and & 7 shows a large bathroom which shower box, the real bathroom is much smaller, poorly finished and does not have a shower box. To add insult to injury, when I complained, the property offered a free meal, instead of offering a room that matches the reality. The property makes fraudulent listings, waits for you to complain and then tries to buy itself out with a meal voucher. That is UNACCEPTABLE and should be penalized by Booking.com
