I came around 9pm, there's no reception, so I had to wait a while for check-in, and the owner is not very easily contactable. But as soon as I could contact the owner, it was good.

The staff were amazing. They worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and that our unit was cleaned every day.

The location is very far from the beaches, by walk to go Jinbaran beach was around 5 Kms, or more was really far, on the website show is was more near.

Clean. New. Good location. Comfortable bed. Had a small kitchen…… The room design is not standard. There is no mirror or sink to wash your face or brush your teeth. There IS a kitchen sink with a shelf and pans hanging down that you can bang your head on while brushing your teeth. If you need to have a kitchen and can do without a proper sink/mirror for personal hygiene, then I guess that would be o.k. Otherwise the room is basic but very clean and new.

Very new property, clean and well-cared for. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Air-con was great to have. I liked that it was very peaceful and just off the busy street. The location was not ideal. Only 30 minute walk to Jimbaran but on a very busy road not great for walking On the other hand, if you have a bike or like malls, then this location is great. And get a Gojek is easy enough
