Amazing room The food was relatively expensive and did not meet our expectations.

Perfect place if you plan on working also, since there is working space with office chairs and a toilet. Bed was not that comfy but not terrible either.

Location

We stayed in the superior king suite and it was the perfect space for us to rest and relax after a long flight. The hotel is super calm and pretty, especially during the night. We enjoyed the breakfast included in the stay, simple and delicious. The hotel manager was great and the staff was in general really nice to our kids and made us feel super comfortable. As other people mentioned in the comments, the location is not necessarily the best if you want to go explore (without a bike/scooter). That was not the purpose of our stay, and it worked perfectly for us to rely on grab to go to the beach or just walk to the very good cafe down the street (Oku).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We like the workspace area a lot. Guests staying next door were noisy. Even though we warned them, they didn’t listen and kept making noises because they were drunk. The hotel staff wasn’t on side and there was nobody to take care of the situation. So you are on your own if there is any problem you have at night. Even the security was loud and singing a song in the middle of the night.

Cosy place with good internet, nice breakfast and very friendly personnel Sometimes mango was falling down from the tree to the roof. But finally we eat them and they were good!

I liked the design of the place and staff are nice. Rooms and toilets need regular maintenance to keep it nice for people and to meet expectations. For my experience, the slide doors weren’t sealed very well, toilets needed to be cleaner or renewed as we had some fungus on the toilet tiles on the floor cuz there weren’t enough ventilation I think

There are no security cameras in the hotel area. My money was stolen from my room the first day, i don't think it was the hotel staff, but if there were cameras noway it could happened.

The promotional photos really made us excited about our stay It was nothing like the photo. That said , expect 60% less than the photo and you will be fine . It is EXTREMELY overpriced and overhyped for what we got. Nothing wrong with it other than definitely is way way way too expensive and sadly everything did not look as well maintained than in pictures .

Everything is super clean and the common areas are kept in excellent conditions. The pool area was just marvellous. Breakfast options are great and included with your room fee.

in the first room the door was constantly stuck, and we slept with the open door 2 nights. because at night, when we came back, it broke down, there was no one to fix it. But the staff provided another room

the room was beautifully done.. aircon is not strong only 1 staff member (security) at night. if he is on off.. there is no staff to attend to at night

Beautiful tranquil spot. Lovely spacious rooms. Love the bathroom. Food was amazing!! Fresh and gorgeously tasty! Staff friendly. Pool could be kept a little cleaner. Location a little far out, although Grab taxis arrived quickly.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, calm, small and very cozy, very friendly staff and the owner of the hotel )

I like the rooms and the food ? The air con is not working well

The atmosphere is so chill and pretty. I like that all the rooms are facing the pool. The pool is very photogenic. Nice staffs and good breakfast/coffee. Cleanliness could improve. There was a stain on the towel, stain on the bedsheet. Some parts of the pool was a bit dirty as I saw quite a few dead bugs and leaves in the water. For some reason, I did not have accessed to running water for about 5 mins at night time.

We arrived at 7pm tired and hungry. Fortunately the restaurant was still open! The staff was very friendly and inviting. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a very delicious dinner and a good sleep :) the rooms are sound proofed quite well too, so the roosters didn't wake us up lol. After a hot shower we went for breakfast, which was included in the price of our room and it was very tasty and filling! Later we went for a swim which was nice. The pool was clean and the water was refreshing. We only stayed 1 night, I think if you stayed longer you'd need a scooter or some mode of transportation, because it's located rather remotely.
