The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice pool and a good rooftop area with great views. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered good value for money. The location was convenient for exploring nearby beaches and shops.

The room don't have any windows. It wasn't disclosed before I booked. They just said that since I booked standard that's why it doesn't have windows.... Kinda weird---a room without windows and it should be disclosed for transparency!!!

Spacious and quiet room ( have to be backyard room not front!) with an old-school 80s charm. Clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. Convenient location close to the sidewalk shopping centre. Close to beach by scooter or even walk. Nice old style rooftop. Price was matching the overall quality. It’s an older style hotel, not everyone like that, the rooms facing the road can be noisy. Walking to the beach isn’t easy because of main road traffic.

The hotel looks great as you approach it. The pool is great and the atrium lobby is impressive! The rooms are large and the bedding is very comfortable. The view from the rooftop restaurant and decks is amazing!! My daughter’s room had no window and the hot water never really worked in her room.

Facility's were great nice room clean rooms. Restaurant food lovely, majority of the staff at the hotel very good. Location a bit out of the way. Most of the staff don't speak much English, hard to communicate. One staff member at reception wasn't very helpful, asked her to call a Bluebird taxi she claimed didn't have the number, but could organize a private taxi to Airport, which I agreed well what a piece of shit couldn't but cases in trunk full of shit had to nurse case's. This staff member is on the take We previously ordered a Bluebird taxi from another staff members and was ordered and arrived on time

Nice location. Clean bathroom. No window in room so not safe if there is an emergency. Tv is quite small. Need hand soap near bathroom sink.

Lovely spacious room, all very new. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom very nice Good location for airport transit Very friendly and helpful staff Breakfast not very exciting. Potatoes were underdone and chicken sausages were bland and not very hot. Poached eggs were hard. Near to a noisy main road

Breakfast is fine and the balcony view is pretty nice. The staffs are also very welcoming and nice. The room is kinda old and some equipment are rusty. It is tidy but not yet that clean.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Chika and Bintang! and housekeeping. Room was Deluxe and spacious! Totally Royal and worth the value! ❤️ Rooftop Restaurant is well decorated and offers a 360° View from Jimbaran overlooking the Bay and Airport on one side and the GWK Statue on the other, 20 mins radius from both. New lifts. Inhouse Spa. Steps leading to reception. Restaurant staff needs to be trained better. Management is too focused on energy saving and cost cutting instead of guest comfort. They switch off AC even when guests are dining and only switch on 1 AC upon specifically requesting to do so. Swimming pool is quite deep, the deeper end needs to be marked with signage.
