The owners are very nice and helpful. Made us feel at home. The location is below the main attractions in town so there are many -many steep steps to get to the Old Street

Great location , easy to reach and the market was accessible. The owner was very helpful. We only stayed one night, but we wanted to stay an extra night. Its an old hotel/bnb, but very hospitable, tye rooms have been well updated. The views are exceptional. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and set us up for our walk up Keelung Mountain. Budget room was sold on booking.com for 2 adults and a child, no way that it is big enough, fortunately the owner had a larger room available and we were able to use that.

Convenient location. Staff were really friendly and the room was simple but clean and tidy. It's on the main road so it was easy to hear the traffic but the location is close to the steps leading to many key shops and attractions in Jiufen. The bus stop to and from Taipei is also less than 5 minutes walk, making it a convenient stay without a car.

The owner / manager was very kind. I got sick within a few minutes of arriving, and he handled the situation very well. Good breakfast. Good location near bus stop. If the bedroom was bigger, I would have given this place a 9. Highly recommend. Would stay again. The bedroom was tiny. Only one pillow. I require two at a minimum, but I was too unwell to follow up on the matter.

A little pricey

Breakfast was good but the same with no changes from day to day. Location is good as we only need to cross the road and climb up the steps to reach Jiufen main street. Excellent view. The place is a bit run down especially the toilet and showers. Need to upgrade the facilities in this aspect.

Breakfast was okay, similar to what Aegean Sea Homestay offered but not quite as tasty as the latter. The location was great in that the rooms overlooked Keelung Mountain and the sea. We can even see Taipei 101 from our room. There is a parking lot just next to the building which is great to load/unload your luggage. If you stay on the upper floors, be prepared to climb a lot of stairs every day. The hotel owners DO NOT help you with the luggage so not great at all if you have heavy luggage with you. They do not clean the rooms unless you specifically request them to do so and leave the room key with them. They will close the main door after 9pm so you must make sure you have your key with you. This is kind of troublesome when you leave the keys with them for housekeeping in the first place.

The view of room with balcony is good. And room space and bed is big can sleep 2 adult and a child. The location is near Jiufen old street.

Perfect Location in Jiufen. Opposites of the hotel is the stairway directly to Old Street. The view from the balcony is wonderful, even magnificent by the sunset. And the very big plus for the trip is the great breakfast, which was made from very friendly Vietnamese staff there. We're highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when we're go to Jiufen again. Nothing to complain!
