Perfect location with parking l, amazing breakfast, spectacular view, great staff. This applies to all or Jiufen: if you have bad knees mKe sure you book a place on level with where you want to spend your time or take a bus.

I highly recommend anyone who is on vacation in Jiufen to stay here, the place is very clean, tidy, the room is as ordered, very clean, fragrant , the host is very kind and friendly, You will get breakfast with a varied and very delicious menu,same as in cafe or breakfast shop, the place is near jiufen old street and bus stop.

Everything was perfect. Nice spacious room, big shower, comfy bed, nice view, delicious breakfast. This hotel has all I needed after a long trip. The staff is very helpful and communicative :)

Amazing view from the balcony!!

Excellent option for a short stay at Jiufen if you want to visit the old town at night. They have a small parking area, which is a great plus for the area. Bed was super comfortable, amazing AC in the scorching heat of Taiwan'ssummer N/A

Breakfast was amazing. Out of all my trips in Taiwan, this is the 2nd breakfast that me a tourist and my friend who lives in Taiwan as expat agreed that it was delicious. We are used to strong taste. Having a food that is delicious and not bland is a plus for us. Having a plate of fresh fruit is a bonus. Location is good. View from the room is just ok as there is obstruction as in u see parking lot area and theres a building on the right side. Rgardless it is not really a detractor. I would just choose a room on higher floor then, maybe that room could have been awesome.

The breakfast was surprisingly thoughtful. It was simple but of high quality, even better than many lower-priced breakfast options outside. It made the morning of the second day much more enjoyable. The hotel is located about two layers below the old street. It might not be as prominent as many other hotels, but it's actually quite nice. It's relatively quiet except during heavy traffic times (as it's right by the road). Right outside the door, there's are shortcut staircases leading to the old street, which is convenient. Moreover, halfway up (the stairs to the left of the guesthouse's front door.), there's a coffee shop where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the nice view before entering the crowded area. The photos on Booking.com might give the impression that it's a well-designed and scenic guesthouse. However, the one we stayed in, located on the second floor, was rather unimpressive. It could be due to the room type being older or for some other reason, but the room itself was quite plain. It was comfortable and clean but not aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, there were other buildings obstructing the view, so unfortunately, our second-floor location didn't offer a great view.

Great location. Easy to take the bus to and also drive to. It was a 5 minute walk away from the main tourist street which allowed it to be a bit quieter at night. The view from the balcony room was amazing. Staff were friendly and helped point out unmissable sights. Room was massive in comparison with rooms in Taipei
