Jiufen Ligin B&B

We arrive early and owner is very nice and let us check in early. She gave us advices where and how to go. Room is nice. Breakfast is nice. We enjoyed very much!

Staff was very friendly and helpful

It is really in a strategic position Old structure, not nice breakfast service with time imposed to have it.

The breakfast and location were amazing! Waking up to an ocean view and delicious breakfast was wonderful. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, which was perfect for a solo traveler. The AC in the room also worked very well, and slippers were provided so the room felt very comfortable and sanitary. The room was also conveniently located, just a quick walk to Jiufen Old Street, and was quiet and peaceful. My stay here was brief but was a great experience. The bathroom was a little sparse, and the soap dispenser was a bit broken so I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner/soap. This being said, the bathroom was very clean and came with a toothbrush/toothpaste, which was nice.

The boss lady was very friendly! The room and bathroom were clean, and our breakfast that was discreetly delivered was just fine. There's a communal kitchen area with a water dispenser. The location is very close to the Old Street. The towels in the bathroom are very small. If you are unfortunate to have noisy neighbours then you'll hear everything. But, luckily our neighbours were quiet and respectful, so we didn't have any problems sleeping.

The location is good and very near the main old street. you can walk up and down from hotel to the shopping street by few minutes. The bed is good with electric heater which can save us from cold weather. The room is too small for 2 people. No fridge. The bathroom does not work well as the water cannot drain out.

Exceptional

The owner is very nice and kind in explaining house stay instructions and a brochure for the area. The property is well-kept and clean. As a female solo traveler, I liked how secure the doors were. The room had AC, cable TV, night light, a screened window, a heater, and a great view of Jiufen’s landscape. The bathroom had a heater, slippers and towels, tissues and toothbrush/paste. Breakfast was delicious (scallion pancake and milk tea). The common area has tables, a refrigerator, and water.

Very clean, very small and windowless but good for one or two nights since the bed is comfy and it's not cold. Location is perfect. Vegan breakfast is not possible. however, it was deducted from the price. Lacto-ovo breakfast available.

Very good

Breakfast was great, can customize your breakfast time and 2options for you to choose. I had sandwich with soy milk. Owner is very nice to let me store my belongings in the bnb when I was away to explore around even after check out time. There is renovation at next door in day time. I was expecting to have a quiet and peaceful vacation so the noise quite irritating. Anyway, they stop working before I am back at the bnb in the afternoon.
