It takes 3 minutes on foot from Jiufen On My Way Youth Hostel to Jiufen Old Street Bus Station, where guests can take a 10-minute bus ride to Gold Museum, or a 15-minute bus ride to Ruifang Railway Station. Featuring a private bathroom with shower facilities, dormitory rooms here all come with air conditioning, fan, wardrobe and desk. A hairdryer and free toiletries are provided as well. Good number of toilets. Friendly host Dryer doesn’t work very well. I did two cycles of 20mins. Bed was very creaky

It’s a very cozy hostel, very quaint but comfortable. There is everything you need. It’s very near the bus stops and everything else in jiufen. Met some lovely travellers there as well! There is also a google home which is pretty cool so you can change the music and lighting yourself in the common area. The room was very cold, i think it could benefit from a heater. Also the curtains on the bunks dont really go all the way around the bed so its not completely private.

The vibe is super friendly and the staff were very nice. Would be a fun place to hang out and make friends if I stayed longer. Location is amazing. Care taken to provide clean bedsheets. There is only 1 bathroom (including shower) for 10 people. The rooms are a bit dark if you need natural lighting. The beds don't have proper curtains so not the most private - I prefer this over a capsule personally. The slippers don't seem to be disinfected/are just shared so maybe bring your own if this matters to you (you can't wear your outside shoes inside)

Lovely, cozy hostel. Nearer to the bus station/ entrance. Clean room, bathroom. Felt safe too. Lockers are available in dorm. Nothing ☺️

I had a great time here. The owner is very nice and similing, the location is perfect, close to everything. Dorms are clean.

host was nice and informative. for the price (over 20 usd) the dorm was pretty rustic plus the toilet was broken. check in by 4 pm ( before nobody is inside, so you can’t drop off luggage unless you’re lucky like I was) seem extremely inconvenient.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is in the central, thus it was easy to move around, reach the touristic places, but it remained quiet during the night, so it was great for a good night sleep.

Close to the bus stop and in the heart of Jiufen this hostel was comfortable and relaxing. Free coffee and tea was available and Alan was friendly and chatted with everyone. The bed was comfortable and warm though the curtains don’t give total privacy. Eye mask and ear plugs are always handy when staying in dorms. Female dorm had its own bathroom. No towels provided but this isn’t unusual.
