Breakfast was great, specially the nice surprise that they have one of those robots that delivers the food to your table. Staff was very friendly. The keycard to the rooms lose its configuration way too frequently. We personally didn't have that issue because we kept it away from the cellphone. But it's something they definitely need to improve.

The staffs were really friendly Location just 5 minutes walking to the beach and easy to go anywhere The air conditioner on our room was a little bit though, it was throwing the air directly over us making us uncomfortable

Location, breakfast, staff and room. Looks property required certain maintenance, shower, elevator, air conditioning and TV control.

We stayed here on Christmas Eve and my only complaint was that the hotel's restaurant and bar were closed on the 24th. I didn't need anything, but a hotel should be prepared to fully function year-round.

The location was great. Breakfast was fine. The bathroom was mouldy, so I had to ask for another room as I have a severe allergic reaction to mould, which forced me to take prescription medication after only being in the room for a few minutes... The staff made fun of my allergy (joking behind my back that I should just take vitamin C, which is obviously rubbish and shows their incompetence and disregard for guests) but at least they offered me another room with less mould where I could at least sleep (wearing a face mask). Apart from the mould problem, the hotel is under construction and the general level of cleanliness is poor to say the least... The desk in the room was full of fingerprints, the shower head hadn't been cleaned for months and was barely working due to limescale. I avoided using the lift as the cable was very rusty and I had serious doubts about its safety. The wifi did not work properly, we could not get a strong enough signal in our room to use it. The other guests in the hotel were shouting in the corridor, which made the stay even worse...

the breakfast was awesome. the pool is great. rooms comfortable. the internet is extremely slow and hardly works - this was annoying because we had stuff we needed to sort out and had to go to a cafe or restaurant everyday to use the internet.

as said by many, the breakfast is AMAZING! The location is perfect as well! the gym is very outdated, a lot of the equipment was broken and the AC didn't work either.

Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. Excellent food selection, very convenient location, and the staff is very atentive to the guest. First room the AC broke or didn't work properly. Changed rooms to the first floor - THIS FLOOR SHOULD NOT HAVE ROOMS - as it is on the same floor next to the restaurant, it is extremely noisy and impossible to sleep after 6:30am when breakfast begins service. Final room change was to the premium floor (9th). Unfortunately the room phone did not work, nor did the shower work, but as I had changed rooms already twice in 3 days, did not complain as I did not want to have to change rooms again. Make sure your AC and shower work, and that you are not on the first floor!
