Very friendly team, from the front desk all the way to the great experience during breakfast.

Location was a very positive feature. Size of the room was also a plus along with free parking. Gym was inadequate but near external gym that is one of best in joao pessao. Breakfast was a little less well stocked for healthy options than some we have used of same class

Designer and luxurious hotel with its own individual charm; very helpful staff; excellent breakfast (and great dinner available there too); really comfortable and well-laid out bedroom and ensuite with full range of comforts; the upstairs (open) lounge area, small gym and pool were great - especially the pool which was long enough for some exercise swimming The open-air bar/restaurant had fairly restricted hours. There was some local TV cable issues during the first two days of our stay that weren't the fault of the hotel but it was disappointing not to have any in-room entertainment available for the price we paid. Even when service was restored, the offerings were quite limited for non-Portuguese speakers. More generally, an over-reliance on QR codes made it difficult to access information.

the employees are dedicated and try their best.. the breakfast selection and service is really good the hotel tries to be a luxury place but is far off the mark! second row from the beach, no balcony and view to the car park from the room.. that can't be it! especially if you charge top dollars for Brazilian standards.. leave alone the rooftop pool which is hardly more than a bath tap..the quality of the furniture is mediocre at max... might sound a bit rude.. but I'm a well travelled person and simply compare..
