Friendly staff The 3 top pools have an additional cost for use and the jacuzzi did not work. You can hear the staff cleaning and the people talking close to the room.

This hotel is extraordinarily beautiful and clean. The location could not be more convenient, and the staff was friendly, dedicated, and helpful. The room decor was gorgeous and everything was immaculately clean, as if never used. We were lucky to have the place nearly to ourselves so enjoyed how quiet the property was. A short walk from the malecon, there's plenty to do in this small town. But good luck barres because you'll never want to leave the pristine agua thermal. A dream destination!

Yesica, the owner, can speak English helped me greatly. I am truly grateful. I planned to stay for one day, but I stayed for 5 days because this hotel had Hot Springs and all the stuff were great. The view in the 3rd floor in the bar is great. I loved it.

The location, it was clean, the staff At the mornings was too noisy, because some children I didn't realize that they accept kids and the restaurant it's just up of our room, anyway, I guess that I choose the best room but there's no one, don't like the view is different to the photos I saw in the app and also I didn't like the massage.
