Friendly staff. Beautiful heritage property with comfortable rooms. Good-value rooftop bar/restaurant with breathtaking views. Some of the linens/rugs/bedding/towels could be replaced and refreshed. They’re a bit shabby.

Convenient location for walking in the central city and accessing sites. Comfortable room that was well laid out; generally quiet at night. We had an excellent view of the fort from our room. Wifi limited to two devices and a little slow, but workable. Laundry available at reasonable prices. Restaurant and breakfast at Inn was good; restaurant (Indique) at adjacent property was excellent.

It is centrally located and run by a local family and friendly staff.

The property, the terrace, the rooftop restaurant and the food. The location is a bit too busy considering it's near to the clock tower, but its also nearby local market area and some great eateries (kachoris, jalebis, lassi and rabri).

Beautiful old haveli turned into a hotel. You get to experience the Rajasthani royalty! The owners and staff were very cordial and helpful. Very centrally located with walking access to most tourist attractions and markets. Indique is a great restaurant serving authentic cuisine located in the haveli itself. Highly recommend staying here during your travel to Jodhpur!

The room was basic and old. Windows were dirty. We had an old dirty rug going to the bathroom that we asked twice to be changed but they did not. Staff at the front desk was not very service oriented.

I stayed here both before and after Jaisalmer, and both times it was a friendly and charming experience. I hope to return next year!

Nice room if a bit on the expensive side for India. The staff (owners son especially) were very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant. A bit on the expensive side. Hair dryer in the room would have been nice.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and full of character, with a breathtaking view of Mehrangarh Fort The rooftop restaurant is a total gem — serving some of the yummiest food ( the best Lal Maas) with a beautiful view of the city.and the Mehrangarh Fort A special shout-out to Somu, the ever-helpful man for all seasons — always cheerful, attentive, and ready to assist with anything you might need. If you’re looking for a cozy and authentic stay in Jodhpur, Haveli Pal Inn is it.

Amazing view over the fort spacious room right in the center next to the main market and square Calm place although surrounded by chaos not far from main attractions like the lake and stepwell Staff was attentive I recommend it N/A

I arrived at 2am at night, they opend the place and were extremely helpful. Great breakfast on the rooftop, splend view on the castle. The atmosphere in the nice courts of this place is calm, clean and friendly. You can imagine a merchant's place 100 ys ago.

The hotel is very well located in the city centre a few minutes away from the clock tower. The hotel has a lot of charm and there is a terrace with a fantastic view. My room on the second floor had a great view on the fort. The staff was perfect and made us feel at home. I would really recommend this place fpr a stay!
