The place was disgusting When I reached at 9 pm after a long day at work the room was not ready in spite of numerous calls confirming my late arrival. The Hotel had a young boy working who was approximately 16 years old who took my bag to the room. The bookings.com clearly says there is 1 restaurant, there is no restaurant in the hotel. Bookings.com should definitely remove this hotel from its listing or check their credentials before fooling guests into booking.

Unfortunately we didn’t like anything about the property. To start with, The rooms were not clean. Bedsheets were old and dirty. Carpet was dirty like hell. Rooms were haunted. We traveled from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur and it was a late check in for us. Hotel staff had denied to provide water bottle.

Great experience at a very affordable price. A very spacious and private room on a large site surrounded by greenery. Everything you see is beautiful and the staff are very kind. There are no bad points about this hotel.

Good to relax The property shows pool, but pool was under renovation. It doesn’t meet 4 star hotel as they advertised.

We needed a room close to bus stop and found this hotel, which has some close restaurants and benefits of some beautiful rooms. We were assigned a very big one with a beautiful bathroom. We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning, but you could tell immediately how the whole structure looks very very nice and with big potential. Staff was very nice and kind in giving us indications and help. As I said the hotel benefits from potentially very nice rooms but the cleaning could be better. With little higher cleaning standards it could raise a lot its ratings and it’s a pity not to. Position isn’t the best but it’s also the reason why they can have a nicer and bigger structure probably.

The swimming pool was great, the gardens, trees in the property, the aesthetics of the buildings was lovely. The staff were helpful and the location was great. They also arranged for an auto that I could regularly take for the days that I was there as I was attending the Jodhpur RIFF. Wish the swimming pool could be open longer - earlier in the morning and till later in the evening. In-house food options were not really there - one had to order from two nearby restaurants (delivery available) or go there to eat. Breakfast is available with limited options and bit expensive.
