Beautiful property. The rooms were lovely with special amenities like a hot water bottle provided during turn down service. The staff are so kind and efficient. They go up and above to provide the guest with a special stay. Really enjoyed the food. It was my birthday and I felt I was given the royal treatment. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

The design and decor of the rooms and public places was excellent. Really stylish with superb attention to detail. Extremely friendly staff with outstanding service and help. Nothing was too much. Our bedroom was spacious and very well appointed. Dining in the garden was charming although the dinner menu could offer a bit more choice

Felt like a home Wish it was close to old town

Beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms, pretty gardens and the best staff. Praduman, the manager, and Om, the F&B manager, looked after us exquisitely. The heritage walk with Praduman was a particular highlight, as was Om’s charm. The hotel had plenty of nice touches, such as leaving hot water bottles on the beds. The pool was cold, which would have been perfect in the hot summer, but meant that it wasn’t appealing in the winter weather.

The best hotel we stayed on our trip. The Rohet House was a much needed respite from the busy cities and set in a beautiful garden with a turquoise pool and lots of comfy places to relax. As there are only a few, but very spacious rooms, its very calm and feels exclusive. The whole place and rooms are beautifully designed and very well maintained and you can see a lot of effort and love put into the small details. Its spotlessly clean and the staff really goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. The breakfast was delicious, both the Indian options as well as excellent eggs benedict and also loved the tasty complementary biscuits. Exceeded our expectations and highly recommend.

Lovely breakfast, Indian and Western food, fresh juice, tea and coffee. Lovely terrace and dining room. a little bit noisy from the road outside, but really not a problem

An oasis of silence, tranquility, and comfort amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The interiors are stunningly beautiful, designed with impeccable taste, and every detail has been thoughtfully curated to ensure maximum comfort. The owners personally engage with guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff’s care and attention make you feel less like a hotel guest and more like a cherished visitor in the home of a gracious, attentive family. It’s a rare and delightful experience to find such genuine hospitality and heartfelt dedication.

The large sized suites which were beautifully decorated with hand painted murals, big bathrooms with excellent shower and super comfy beds were the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good but not as extensive as the large 5 star hotels due to the small boutique nature of this hotel. They had a small buffet with fruits, pastries, cereals, yoghurt and juice and every day they would offer a good selection of veg/non veg hot food. The service was quite poor sadly. The staff were practically invisible; nobody ever checked in to see if we were comfortable or needed anything. In Asia, especially India, and that too boutique hotels - we are used to proactive staff who are constantly at your service. Staff were polite but not proactive at all. And also it would have been good to get some fresh fruit, some free cold drinks/tea, etc in the afternoons when you come back from a hot sweltering day. They had some fruits on the first day and then it wasnt replenished. In Rajasthan, in particular, the hospitality with food is so indulgent that we felt that entire aspect was lacking here. When we asked they then sent some fruit to our room. Lastly, their wifi is very slow and couple of times we had to request them to reboot their router as it wasn't working at all.

Beautiful intimate property. OM the F &B was awesome. Would definitely recommend and would like to visit their other properties. No room service for snacks and tea

The property was lovely. It felt very exclusive and the staff were extremely attentive. Breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed the evening meal. The suites were spacious and everything from the bedding to the food was of high quality. Ashul, our waiter was excellent. We were given a lovely spacious suite at the back of the property. However when I took a shower there was no hot water at all. Another guest commented that they had been in the suite for two nights and moved that morning because of the hot water issues. The managers offered us another suite that evening but it was on the front of the property and there was a lot of traffic noise. We stayed where we were until the morning when we moved to another suite. I specifically asked at breakfast if they would be able to fix the issue during the day, and they told me no, it would not be fixed. However that afternoon a guest checking in was shown to the suite, and the following morning the manager told me the person was there to fix the problem. It is very disappointing that they were allocating this suite when they had others available, and they were fully aware of the hot water issue.
