Good location , apartments are a good size The appliances are not in good condition condition . There are no smart TVs and the doors have water damage. Things are not in tip top shape

It’s close to everything That their tv is not smart tv I could only watch dstv shows only tv and the bedroom wasn’t working though they promised to send someone to fix it but never showed up and their shower needs something to hold our shampoo

the 2nd day there was no electricity for 5 hours and there was no communication . the apartments do not have an iron and they open late at the reception so there was no 1 to assist us and the phone of the reception was off . there is no phone in the house to call security incase of any emergency. the locks of the room were not working properly. the 2nd apartment the bed was noisy and not comfortable.

Central location with good proximity to restaurants and sandton city. Beyond the poor maintenance and cleanliness issues, I also encountered behaviour from staff that felt openly xenophobic. As a non‑local, I did not feel safe, welcomed, or treated with basic respect. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and dismissive to the issues I raised with facts and evidence and their conduct created a hostile atmosphere throughout my stay. Combined with damaged beds, torn beddings and towels, and floors that were not properly cleaned, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this property, especially for travellers from outside South Africa.

the location is central to most places in Sandton I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Innov8 Spaces, Sandton. Upon check-in, I was not given the opportunity to view the room. Once inside, I discovered: Critical Issues: Stained bed linen and poor hygiene standards Damaged bed headrest and severely worn mattress Non-functional television (broken decoder) Dirty toilets and bathroom Old, worn-out towels Broken stove extractor The room did not meet basic cleanliness standards or match the Booking.com listing. Poor Resolution: When I reported these issues immediately, reception refused to offer a room change or cancellation, citing full occupancy. I had to contact Booking.com myself to arrange alternative accommodation. Additional Concern: I was charged twice due to the booking modifications, and refund issues remain unresolved. the hotel claims that its a non refundable booking however this should not apply for services not offered. the receptionist even adviced me to go to the police to report the issue if i want to get a refund whch was a bit wild as this was a civil issue not a criminal case. The property failed to deliver acceptable service. I cannot recommend this hotel and advise potential guests to book elsewhere. Innov8 Spaces needs significant maintenance, deep floor cleaning and service improvements

The stay was good jst few things need to be upgraded beds and the tvs to smart ones Tvs
