I really liked the overall stay. I had a spacious room a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. It was very quiet, too which I appreciate. The staff overall was very welcoming and nice. There were a few small things. When I took out the iron to iron my white shirt for the day, the iron left a grey stain on my shirt. I took a towel to clean it and after, the towel had a big dark stain. I informed the reception who said they would check the iron. (I cleaned it already though. I was not asked for my shirt to be cleaned). On my day of departure I asked for a possible late check out. I misunderstood the time and when I went back to the reception because I couldn't enter my room, I was a little surprised by the rudeness after I apoligized for the misunderstanding. My colleague was surprised as well.

Superior customer service in all of our interactions, from the bell hop to the wait staff at the restaurant. They made us feel very well taken care of. Special thanks to Nathaniel who assisted us with our luggage and Keith who cared for us at breakfast. Truly top notch care. Also, the location!!! ?

The staff was INCREDIBLE. Certainly, some of the best Marriott hotel staff I've experienced--and I used to work for the company. Their hospitality was impeccable, and they truly live and practice Marriott's ethos of the staff taking care of customers. The room was a bit run down. The guest rooms could certainly use some renovations and updates.

Breakfast was good, service was excellent First Room the toilet was broken, took staff approximately 40 min to decide to move us to another room. Was a late check in and early check out this made our stay very short.

Amazing breakfast and staff were wonderful. The bathroom leads directly on from the room, it would be good to be able to be a bit private but not terrible.
