The other guests were so friendly and helpful. The staff were also very kind. The wifi was really good. It was a short walk from Rosebank mall. The bed was uber-comfortable: so bouncy! There was neither a two-pin plug nor wifi in my room. To access both, I'd have to be in the common room.

I liked that it was closer to the necessary facilities The one staff member always had an attitude, the kitchen had a dead rat and nothing was done about the smell so we had to cook in that horrible smell .Also you pay to use everything from pots to iron .

The facility was ok ,the staffs were really helpful the location is also a plus. The beds are very very uncomfortable,I have pains all over my body.

I didn't like anything The way the staff treated me was very poor, when I asked for an invoice for my boss to pay... They refused, when payment was made, because it didn't clear immediately they made me and my 2 kids sit outside in the back yard untill 12 o'clock that evening until the payment cleared..... I didnt apriciate when they charge you for a family room and a day after they change there mind and now wanted to charge more for the bunk beds but yet it was quoted in original price when I tried to speak to the owner he was even worse and asked us to leave if we don't agree to pay the increase in the price

I enjoyed the WiFi and the white sheets and the patio outside not being able to use plugs in the bedroom and leakage in the bathrooms

The kitchen was clean n comfortable to cook and also my bed was clean comfortable. Some workers in the reception they not nice n they always squeeze their face.solom ,Nancy n Elana they Avery nice n they know how to make guest comfortable.

Solomon the receptionist was accommodating and nice at all times willing to go an extra mile for clients There was no electricity nd no back up for 3 days Had to shorten my stay

The Host Solomon was welcoming and accommodating one of the best amongst all the stuff Bathroom floors always filled with water ;broken pipes nd taps other wise the facility is clean nd showers are exceptionally well taken care of
