The hotel stuff were very attentive, a variety of restaurants and activities to do around the hotel besides that theme park. Our room was spacious, It even had a balcony, TV that you can connect to your phone. Tight security. Literally meaning of home away from home.

The whole experience was great from the Sifiso Nene comedy event, interactions I had with the staff and security officers, the theme park experience (which was a plus for me as it was ncluded as part of my stay at the hotel), the hotel itself and the balcony experience. Room service speed point didn’t pickup the network coverage. I had to walk with the person just so he can process the transaction. Also, their tip had to be paid separately from the bill, which was not a good experience in this digital age.
