Other guests had a party till midnight we weren't able to rest properly.. food was not good at all for the amount charged. I think a little bit of training for staff is required so we don't have to teach them everything. I was so disappointed

Because I didn't did not sleep where I was reserved, I was just referred to another place which is 1.7km away. Just to sleep over, without any benefits. I paid for 2 rooms but we were given one room. The staff was bad, they told me they are fully blocked yet they don't have the list of people who made reservations. They didn't even know who made reservations, how many rooms, etc There was no of the facilities I saw on your advert or display The showed is black of stains on the lower glass It was never comfortable sleeping in one room with kids where as I paid for 2 rooms. It was valueless, as I promised my wife and kids a swimming pool, spar, back yard, beverages etc. I tried to call the management of the guesthouse, they didn't pick up calls, I tried to call Booking.com they didn't pick up calls. It was a bad experience, I accepted the room because i had no choice,

Nothing I called and confirmed the reservation with the owner and we even what's app each other to confirm the bookings , when I came I'm booked somewhere not where I was supposed to go , she is telling me you will swim 3 min away from the lodge and she did not see any issues so I was so disappointed
