The room was small…No fridge and the noise made by staff in the early hours of the morning ?

The night shift guy wasn't welcoming and bit rude. I booked online had a confirmation on my email, but I forgot my wallet in someone's car but I had my id copy in my phone, he wasn't willing to do a security checks with me, insisted on requesting my id which was impossible to get it as the car was far from the lodge, eventually he asked for my husband's id after a long wait then we were assisted. He gave us the room key with attitude, room 13&15. My room were no toilet papers, the shower was leaking water, I felt like he did that deliberately. My husband reported all that, and we changed room 15 to room 127, it was better but the tv remote cable was cut off, we couldn't watch tv, there no blankets, my husband went to ask for blankets, now we were just tired to report the tv. I guess he was happy to see us struggling with everything then we decided to let it go as we needed to rest. It wasn't a pleasant stay for us, I was so frasteated

The building is user friendly even to those using wheel chair, the availability of ranks did help a lot i had an injury on my foot. Ramps made it easy for me. none

Good Englih breakfast with a spread of food, fruit, fresh juices and water dispenser of cucumbers; and toast, muffins and coffee and cuppacino. Table layout is good and staff ever friendly in assisting guests. The housekeeping staff did wel.. Prefer service with baggage up stairs. Bo full bar service for overnight atmosphere.

The place is neat and very comfortable . I stayed in ground floor a room close the kitchen it was little noisy in the morning from the staff

Very clean bedding One of the days during my stay, only pork products were served for breakfast. We are non pork eaters. Step up and strike a balance otherwise our stay was superb

The Hotel is very cozy, neat and clean , definitely feels like a home away from home. Comfortable beds. There is so much noise of people talking and laughing so loud outside throughout the night.

Water was cold when I arrived in the afternoon and in the morning also. I had to shower with cold water.
