The bed was not good... The mattress were hard and not giving proper comfort.

Not much except brand loyalty You guys can be cheaper for the features you offer or a least loose the museum TVs and showers to justify the prices honestly. You won't be riding the "Sun" badge much longer beyond the Group bookings if you don't shape up FYI, I've been one of your long stay guests from over 20 years ago as a teen. And honestly for 600 per night, your competition is TIGHT

The location was good, close to a mall and close where we needed to travel daily The TV was not clear at all and we could hardly watch any tv, The toilet seat had a crack in and and the room door on the inside did not have a lock on

It's a budget hotel yet the room was clean and bed was unexpectedly comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. Check in and check out was swift. Free coffee and tea in the reception was highly appreciated. The shower in my room drained slowly but nothing unbearable. The plug placement in the room was not great but it was manageable.

Toilet and shower facilities too small for the price paid. You could have done better im sure there are better rooms?

If you have clothes that need ironing, you have to do it in a designated area that's near the reception and welcome/eating area, not ideal. Also no individual coffee stations in rooms, you have to go to the reception area for that as well.
