Room was clean, breakfast was amazing, service good shower was broken

Check-in was very difficult. I made the booking online and paid in full, but I was told I had to pay again. It took about 20min before they were able to locate my booking and payment.

The place needs new beds and furniture bathroom was good but the rest was average. Needs renovation Bed not comfortable at all

I liked everything especially the location.

The admin clerk apologized for moving me to a room with single beds instead of double bed as per booking. Th carpets may need a good wash.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful (Nobuhle). The gentleman that was at the restaurant till was very helpful and friendly the room was not clean, carpets filthy, sheets discolored and old. Room had a bad smell. The restaurant food was really bad. we ordered a durban curry and it had some funny cubes in it that they called chicken. the capuccino was really bad.

Room was Clean, Receptionist (Letsego i think) very lovely gentleman The Hotel could do with some renovations its antient, new aircons and carpets would do.

Convenient, clean, comfortable. Having a tea kettle and fridge in the room was so helpful. The tea kettle in the room has a lid that wouldn’t close.

The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The gentleman at reception was so pleasant and professional from the first phone call and throughout the stay- thank you for this. This space is great for a short-term stay especially if you are out and about and need a safe place to rest and freshen up. There is a mall located within walking distance, that made it easier to get meals sorted and shop for snacks etc on the go. Location is great and easy enough to access most popular places for business and travel purposes. Rooms were cleaned and neatened daily which was great. The rooms are not always consistently the same, some things were missing upon arrival like light bulbs and tv remotes etc and some lights did not work. However, if you notice this then following up with the staff does help. It would be good if there was extraction in the bathrooms.

The rooms are carpeted and when you have allergy to dust and sinus it's bad and could do with a humidifier in the rooms
