The property was larger than expected, very clean in the lobby and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and they had so much to offer. The left elevator definitely needs so work and the hot tub probably needs to be drained and refilled. It had a weird odor to it. The housekeeping was awesome but we had to ask for them to bring us towels 4 times before it even got done. We also ended up just going and getting our own at one point because we had someone to be and housekeeping still hadn’t shown up. Also didn’t like the fact that maintenance wasn’t available during our stay so that we could have a plug in fixed for us to use.

There were no issues. Property was clean, check in went well, surrounding area was clean and safe. Breakfast was slightly less than expected. No issue with a 1 night stay.

Location was great. Room was very comfortable. Dead bolt on door did not latch completely and the handle on the tank for the toilet had a slight leak. Reported to front desk but we noticed they did not write down or note on computer.

It was a pretty good stay, but it needed some updates. The bathroom, especially seemed outdated.

When we get to our room, stunned would be an understatement. It was absolutely disgusting. I have photos. There was food in the floor, pieces of toilet paper or something in the bathrooms floor, hair on the sink, the toilet was covered in i don’t know what. The coffee pot has never been cleaned. For the price I paid I at least hoped to have a clean room. This was a horrible experience and I’m very disappointed in Holiday Inn.

Staff was nice. Room was in need of repair and cleaning. Walls were stained and peeling. Couch had stains as did the pillow. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Our friends 4th floor room had barely any shower water pressure the would shower in our room. Other than that it was good.
