My only complaint would be hot water. Very slow getting warm. I was halfway through “cold” shower before temperature began rising

Good location Not the cleanest. I have allergies to dust and the second I walked in I started getting itchy. The place wasn't the cleanest and there was visible dust so I am assuming that was the culprit. Bed was ok enough. We were in town for a funeral and just looking for something reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable. This stay was ok but not one I would recommend to other people.

Had to switch room, the first room was nasty! Pool was clean and refreshing. Staff was nice

Clean and maintained facility. Poor breakfast selections

The pool looks bigger than it actually is. The staff however were very nice.

I started to write an essay but I only have so many text characters. To simplify. Jan the hostess was friendly, gracious and helpful. My first room had an a/c that sounded like a power washer on the window. The coverlet on the bed was stained and the blanket under it, mildewed and stained. The doors were hand streaked, dirty. The room smelled like cat urine and mold. I changed rooms. Better a/c, no smell but dirty doors, walls, stains on coverlets and some (but less) mildew on linens. I used my camping bedding on top of the bed. I was going to use the pool, why I booked there, but I saw infants and toddlers in it. Didn't trust the pool hygiene. I saw the Quality Inn motto about "getting your money's worth". Well, I guess so. I went for the discount, and I got short-cuts. Used to be discount hotels could be both inexpensive AND clean. Not any more. I guess if I want at least clean, I'm going to have to cough up $125-$150. Oh well.

Great place!

As I stepped into the tub, bottom of feet were dirty from walking on carpet barefoot. No excuse. Will NOT return to any of your motels.
-
It was secluded and quiet. The place could use a basic remodel. Just simple things like the bathroom door( wasn't quite lined up to where it dragged on the door frame).

They do not have a fitness center and haven’t for years (since COVID). The breakfast was one of the worst I have had and ran out of most items 45 minutes before breakfast closed. The location was good and the staff were very nice!

The first room I was in had mold on every single wall in the bathroom and then they moved me rooms and there were stains on everything. Towels, sheets, chairs, lamp shade. I'm actually considering calling the health department. The manager was unavailable and off site at all different times and I was told by 3 different staff members that the only one that could help was the manager. Then once already checked out(thanks to a threatening letter) the manager finally called me and was extremely rude stating that its not the staffs job to give me information on how to contact her because "I'm a grown adult" and offered me a $15 gift card to make up for a $450 stay even though I tried to check out on 3 separate occasions starting after the first night.
