No facilities like a gym, business center or a bar/restaurant. Not that I was expecting anything so was not disappointed.

The entry area a bit small. And very limited parking.

Nothing much to say I found hair on the bed and the cleaner was vacuuming at the corridor at 7pm in the evening creating unnecessary noise.

This place is not suitable for family with children at all. There is no cot, the parking instructions are unclear - we went to level five to park before checking in, only to be told we can park at the reception. There was no ramp to the reception or from the carpark to the lift - u have to carry the luggage yourself. Toilet drainage is poor. Stood near the drain to bathe but water still can flow to the entrance of the toilet, whole toilet is extremely wet after bathing. No towel provided for the floor. No mat, slippery - dangerous for children.

Very convenient location. Easy to get food and book grab

near to town. easy to park car and secured. Easy only one access card provided , for double occupancy which give us trouble to access the room if one of us need to go out. i have requested additional card from the front desk but was not considered.
