located near ksl. room was quite large and aircon was cooling. bed was comfy. can view almost the whole jb from the 20th storey. nothing much.

The room's furniture is a mixture of old and new. The mirror faces the bed. The toilet flushing button was a little stiff, so I needed to use a little strength to press it. The bathtub isn't suitable for seniors to climb in and out of.

Breakfast was good for the price. well balanced generally, all was good. maybe the lift at 4.5.6 not accessible to 14th floor lounge. On the keypad they should mention use lift 1,2,3

Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Too many tables and chairs at the main lobby due to festive season. This gives not a good impression of the hotel.

Great hotel. Standard rooms are clean, spacious, have comfortable beds and a nice city view. The hotel has a great gym and swimming pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There's a local food court next door where you can try all kinds of delicious food, and many others in the area. The hotel doesn't have the contact of a taxi service, so we struggled to arrange a hiking trip to a nearby national park. Johor Bahru is quite boring for tourists, 2 nights should give you enough time to see the attractions.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was big. Staff were really friendly and assisted us with baggage storage before check in time. This hotel was also in a pretty convenient location. We got the breakfast deal which I would say pretty worth it because it was a buffet with a range of food. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. We also checked out their pool and gym, and whilst we did not get the chance to use them during our short stay, it was good that we had access to such facilities. Overall a comfortable and welcoming stay. A few of the amenities were broken when we arrived such as the aircon and the shower head. But the staff were quick to fix them and apologetic about the hassle. They clearly wanted to make us feel as comfortable as they could.

Hot water was switch off on the last day of stay. Housekeeping was not consistent with replacement of items . Its too bad the family suite was on a smoking floor.
