Breakfast buffet was great, rooms were roomy and clean. Property is very old. The hallway carpet was worn and had a bad odor.

Cleanliness The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, during the booking process, Booking.com required us to book two rooms for three guests. After our stay, we felt that one room would have been sufficient for our family, and the second room was not used at all. This resulted in unnecessary extra costs. I would suggest improving the room allocation and booking recommendations so that customers are not encouraged to book more rooms than needed. This would help avoid unnecessary expenses and provide a better booking experience overall

EASY ACESS FOR LIFT BATHROOM -BATH TUB - BIT DIFFICULT WHEN TRAVELLING WITH ELDERLY PERSON. TROUBLESOME FOR THEM TO CLIMB IN AND OUT

Location. Near the hotel, there are not-so-many restaurants /convenience stores. If I walk more than 10 minutes on ”hill” slope, a grand mall stands. However, at night, it is very dark on the way.

The ambience and food are excellence. Staff are generally friendly and polite. Information was limited and as a new guest in your good hotel, i felt that these information like how do we park the car and how do we go out from the hotel should be informed to us way in advance. Hence left us with more questions and doubts.

Reception was impressive. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was old, carpet warn out, mattresses old, shower holder to regulate broken, sink faucets leaked from bottom if not shut tightly. Bathtub dirty, towels old. Breakfast was ok but coffee never warm enough, should use thermos for coffee and hot water.

The room kind of smells like old furniture/carpet. And the towel smells like a mixture of metal and milk. It was unpleasant. I got itchy when using the towel.

Friendly staffs and good location fo food and mini marts. Hope the hotel could provide more mugs with saucers (only provide 1mug?). And equipped with some snacks on the mini bar. Also the fridge is EMPTY ?. No can drinks..

The staff was friendly and attentive The bell boy wasn’t attentive and supportive to help us load and unload luggage’s. The room needs a good pest control overhaul. We found ants and cockroaches
