- food was fine and happy it was all inclusive for 3 daily meals -Elevator wasn’t working -toilets were horrible -room wasn’t clean -the coffee from the machines are disgusting -the towels were horrible

Location only Service is below zero Cleanliness is zero. We didn't know that the room will be cleaned every 3 days and not daily Buffet is below average. The plates in which the food was served were dirty We were given a room near the reception which is too noisy

Breakfast was average, cold. Facilities in the room, atleast a chair, cattle for heating water, glasses. Got the glasses from the restaurant and hot water too. If you can't have cattle in every room atleast have hot/cold water dispensers.
