Fiendly staff, clean facilities and comfortable. There was not a thing that I did not like of that hotel services or facilities.

Great location to explore different parts of a Kagoshima, clean property and rooms, friendly staff. Facilities and rooms are a bit dated. Hotel has a parking garage but it has limited capacity and needs to be reserved, cost is reasonable, but note that it’s being parked with an attendant and you may have to wait at busy times.

The bed was a bit too hard. The size of the room is typical for Japan. The common bath was outdated and not well maintained (the dressing room was smelly and the tiles inside the pool were slimy). The breakfast had an amazing choice of Japanese food and was worth the money. The room wear was weird and/or outdated by Japanese standards (neither yukata nor pajamas, more like a blouse, and the slippers had heels and were too small. It felt very feminine.)

Hotel Staff Hospitality PERFECT & Helpfully. The location is really very good, just a little walk to TRAM Station. Hotel Breakfast 10/10 delicious ( Japan Style ) we are really like it. 3 times breakfast, really ? Yes ! Oishii... Thank you Do not pay by Bank Credit Card. The JPY rate of Credit Cards is 5% more expensive.

The hotel was a better kind of business hotel in Japan. The rooms were nice, but nothing special. Location was very good right between all attractions and station (walking distance but there is also the tram). The hotel had onsen but not for people with tattoos (they really should change this policy as many westerners have tattoos) Breakfast was excellent. It has a lot of local dishes, which was great. Staff was very friendly. Outlets a bit awkward as they don’t always allow to plug in an adapter

Room is tiny and there is not much space to open the bag inside the room. This is a normal thing in Japan but still very annoying. The aircon is a bit weak. It was a bit hard to sleep at night. We went there during a heatwave and the temperature varied between (30 degrees at night) to 38 during the day.

Breakfast was great, with a lot of choice, either Japanese breakfast or more European style. The staff goes above and beyond to provide great service. Pillow was a little too hard

Onsen was good. WIFI secure and good speed. Plenty of fresh towels if you need and 2 pillows normal when you book a single room it means one pillow. Staff were good. Tram no.2 stop right out the front only 3 stops from the JR station. No noise. None

So many choices for the breakfast (salty, sweet, Japanese, "Western", Kagoshima specialities). Adorable people at the cafeteria and the front desk. And an onsen !
