The women's bath required a reservation and could only be used once during the stay, which didn't work for me logistically so I just showered as usual in the room. It wasn't a problem, just a bit of a shame.

The hotel room was pretty spacious compared to other business hotels in Japan. The one feature that stood out about this room was the deep soaking tub. The hotel staff was very professional. The hotel's amenities included a nice restaurant, onsite services, a nice Japanese public bath and sauna room, as well as a small weight room filled with lots of free weights and some cardio machines with a personal fitness instructor on site as well. The most appealing thing about this hotel was its location as it sits within walking distance of all of the restaurants, pubs, entertainment district, gyms, shopping, public transportation, etc. Very Convenient! To enter the bathroom in your room, you have to take a step up and to get into the deep tub. You need to pay attention when coming out to bathroom as its a deep step. There needs to be an additional grab bar mounted in way when to assist in entering and exiting the deep tub.

The absolute best hotel for the price. Everything is la 10. I didn’t eat in the restaurant however. The spa is wonderful. The staff are amazing .

Great location. Reaaonable size room. Breakfast had a good selection. Sashima is on request on only. There is parking but for a subsidised fee. We had a problem with our TV. They couldnt resolve it ao gave us free breakfast. The room was very clean but definitely tired.

Definitely a classy hotel, I liked mostly the interior design, a huge hall, a large stairwell allowing you to look up to the last floor, broad room.

Breakfast was ok, but not as good as others in Japanese hotels. The window in the room had opaque glass and we could not see outside.

Nice location, quite close to the train station and port. You can find a lot of restaurants and entertainment points next to it. The hotel is under renovation till the end of October but it was quiet during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered very tasty japanese breakfasts. Old-fashioned bathroom and maze-like corridors

We didn't know the hotel was under (exterior) renovation. The rooms had noticeable wear and tear.

They had hundreds of rooms and only two washing/drying machines in the building which closed at 10pm. I wanted to use it, but of course they were occupied. After 10pm they direct you to another washing machine in their annex building across the street, and the price for that was 2-3 times the price than any other hotel's washer/drier I have used in my stay in Japan.

Nice and spacious clean room, straightforward check-in procedure. Good location, maybe a 5 min walk from the shopping streets. Elevators have quite a bit of space as well. The walk from Kagoshima-Chuo station is a little bit far, maybe a 20 min walk.
