Clean and bright rooms. Property is near to many shops, restaurants and shopping centres, truly convenient.

Overall very happy with value and location. Large beds in the family room. Amenities could be picked up in the lobby, such as razors, bath salts etc. The breakfast was in the building next door. It may have been due to not many guests were in the breakfast area, that the selection was varied, but amount of food of each type was perhaps less than expected. But it prevents food loss, I guess.

Only a single elevator for several floors, which makes going out/back to your room infuriatingly long. The ac is very strong, so we couldn't use it during nights.

Best location. Bus from airport stops nearby Walkable to train station Room rather small for 2 people with luggage etc, but fine.

Very convenient and modern. The reception area had a comfortable lounge with thoughtfully arranged beverages and bath salts to bring to your room. Noisy at night. Rooms so small there wasn’t space for two people to open out their luggage.

Location, neat and clean room. Only one lift. Staff had difficulty communicating on how the affiliated parking works. We ended up spending more than 30 minutes trying to understand each other using Google translate. We had also messaged the hotel in advance (the first was 4 months in advance)of our trip to check on the address of the affiliated parking spot but received no responses despite repeated reminders. Took us a lot of detective work to find out the location of the parking spot!

Super centrally located in Tenmonkan. Easy to get to any location from the hotel either by tram, bus, or walking. Rooms were comfortable. Awesome view of sakurajima from the rooms. Bathrooms and rooms were a bit small. It was a tight side step between the wall and first bed to get to the inner bed.
