Unable to dine in restaurant at 15/F due to non opening on Monday night

Location is in downtown shopping center, very convenient for everything. Breakfast is excellent, staff is nice. Our room can see Sakurajima。 No loading area is not convenient
-
The desk staff was very helpful. We loved the public library located in the same building as well as restaurants and shopping. Nothing
-
Location. Staff. Bathrooms are excellent. Not many facilities.
-
The location was good. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Shopping and eateries are located nearby There isn’t parking at the property. The nearest parking is a good 5-10mins walk away. And there isn’t a drop off point for us to off load our luggage. We had to drag our luggage from the carpark to the hotel.
-
Room was spacious ... including a bath (complete with bath salts & face mask) Entrance is on 7th floor facing main road ... this should be on the information of hotel so that hotel guests can make an informed decision
-
Booked exact same room class. Was made to move after a demand for 1000 yen. . Extra work for cleaning staff. Rude communication.
-
The property was smack dab in the middle of town. Lots of eateries and the front desk even has a map of all the ramen shops around. Small Donki down the street. We wish we had more time to use the cable cars. Parking. Tip: The entrance to the hotel has a map - use the QR Code. Or contact the hotel to send a pdf of the map to you. Be careful of one way streets and narrow two way streets.

The location is fantastic. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. The city tram is just 2 mins walk. Very comfortable stay in Kagoshima. Certain staff might need to improve their customer service
-
The location is in midst of Tenmonkan shopping area and a half-block from the tram stop.
-
Nice size room The ridiculous process of notifying of cleaning towels being put outside the door, having to go pick up your coffee and other things at the front desk was ridiculous
-
A beautiful, modern hotel in a great location. Loved the area, convenient with lots to see and do. The extra touches within the rooms and amenities available made the stay very memorable.

Without us asking, the upgraded us to volcano-view rooms, which was awesome! The rooms were comfortable, with nice bathtubs in the bathroom. (You could grab packets of epsom salt in the lobby, along with a bunch of other neat amenities, such as facial wash, hair oil, local yuzu tea, etc...) The front desk was awesome and special kudos to Luo, who was extra helpful. He called our next stop for us to tell them dietary preferences in Japanese. He also booked us shiatsu massages nearby. (We chose to walk to the shiatsu place, but they also had the option to come to your room.) My friend declared this her favorite hotel chain in Japan after our stay here. Parking as a little bit of a walk away and there was not drop off area for dropping off someone with luggage. But the way this city is designed, there is no way for parking at the hotel itself, so we understood. (There was plenty of parking. It cost us 1000 yen per day. You can get a map to the lot from the front desk or entrance.)

A very small room but comfortable and with a view of Sakurajima. Staff were very helpful.

Best location in town
-
Location great. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Quite small for a superior double room. View fantastic. Staff lovely. Very long wait to be seated for breakfast (almost an hour from 7:45am). This has disrupted our morning plans. This size hotel should have a much bigger breakfast restaurant.
