Everything, perfect japanese hotel

The room I first was going to stay looked old and not care of. The roller curtain had holes, the bathroom had water stains, which was not dirty, but did not look hygenic. The floor of the room was of a black plastic material that was worn out. The look in general was not of a well cared place.

It was at a convenient location. There were food and shops nearby. Don Quijote is just across the road! Breakfast was extravagent too. As we drove, finding the affiliated parking places was a bit tricky The extravagent breakfast is a double-edged sword, it was very nice, but the number of tables was very limited. So you might need to wait awhile for your turn.

The staff were so kind and helpful, there was always somebody there to answer my questions. Location was also close to most major attractions. The airport shuttle is just down the street The cleanliness of the room. The shower was moldy and had thick hard water build up. The towels were stained which i did ask for new ones and they brought them right away, but the next day when I got new towels with the cleaning service those ones were also stained. There was a mysterious white stain on the black leather bed surround and all the pillows that you could take from the common area were covered in other people's hair... if the cleaning was better this place would be a 10/10.

Everything was 5 star. Can't believe it wasn't a five star hotel. Did not try breakfast tho.

Great location close to the harbour, lots of restaurants, parks, shopping and sightseeing around. Parkind was available just around the corner of the bulding with a special Hotel Rate. The room is small but functional, modern and clean. We had a great stay.
