Staff was so friendly and nice. View of Sakurajima was amazing. I liked everything but might be nice to have more vegetable options for breakfast.

The location first of all is away from Kagoshima. I chose this hotel because it is along the more popular shopping street, albeit far from JR Kagoshima station. So, either you take cab, or you could take the local tram which has a stop near walking distance to the hotel. Room wise is ok; just that it only allows check in at 4pm; which is rather late; so, we actually walk around the neighboring area to while away time. And because it is NYE, we have to scramble to find for food for dinner as their only dinner place on the upper floor is fully booked. Other than that, staff is not conversant in English and so often times have to depend on translation device; but I understand they or most of them try which I appreciate. So do be patient if you do not speak any Japanese and chose this hotel. The distance from JR Kagoshima is one thing that if you have big luggage's, that's going to pose an issue especially if you take the local tram. Cab is not an issue. Other than that, it's still alright.

Great value for the money for this business hotel.. Excellent location, the facilities are more than enough and the cost is very reasonable. Good wifi. Nothing to complain, really. The dry function of the laundry machine was not very good,.but it is a very small detail.

Had everything we needed. Very convenient with the bus stop right in front of the property. The staff was helpful in arranging a taxi and holding our luggage after checking out. I wish the pillow was a little softer.

I lost my purse with my money and all my cards. Takahashi san at the front desk gave me money to get the bus to the airport and the train when I get to my hometown. Think I lost my purse in a family restaurant close to Kagoshima chuo station. The staff was dismissive and didn't really make an effort to help me.

Nice view, good price for location, comfortable. The room was a little small, the air conditioner was a little noisy, there wasn't any information on how to get a code for the video on demand.

Easy access to city Toothbrush given at check-in time? Wierd. Keep it in the bathroom. No toothpaste and no bottled water in the fridge. It is summer!!! TV has no guide to watch a movie. TV asked for a 4-digit number but nowhere to be found.

Location to major activities, price, Airport Shuttle Service Elevators. It took a long time to get into the elevator because the hotel was crowded.
