The rooms are spacious and the amenities are well provided. It’s in the heart of Kagoshimas “downtown” and you can easily access other sites by a taxi or city tram for cheap

We truly appreciated the kindness of the dining room staff. However, we noticed a significant difference in the level of service provided to some tables compared to others, such as personalized dishes and table service. We assume there is a logical reason for this, but it did make us feel a bit less comfortable as guests. Please accept this feedback in the spirit it was intended - as a constructive comment rather than a complaint. We have no intention of causing any offense, but we felt it was important to share our experience with you.

We did come during an active period of the nearby volcano, so a lot of smoke in the city, this is luckily something you don't experience inside of the hotel. This is quite far from Tokyo, so English isn't as well understood, some Japanese is required, despite this we had no issue.

Good Central location with easy access to amenities and sea front. Has laundry room which is handy for long holiday. Room is a bit small.
