Before I replace a new room, the first room bed sheets & blanket is dirty. The heater water also don't have function.

Location and parking. wifi is good. dirty toilet bowl did not have shower cream. tv lack of channels. if cannot afford to have many channels , just install MyTV which is free and have many channels (lack initiative)

The location judt opposite to BACC, where is my seminar is. And it also near to Bangi Wonderland. There is no lift. Since i'm suffering from knee pain, its hard fo me to get ot my room. Luckly they give me room at level 1.
