Loved the ambience, the moment you walk into the hotel, it smells good and really well maintained. The family room is truly value. Loved the mamak shop Nasi Kandar Original HT beside, they have really good food The water pipe in bathroom room 102 had some problem

I was extremely disappointed with my stay in Room 106, as the noise levels made it absolutely impossible to sleep. The room is located directly above a Mamak eatery with the loud chatter from customers downstairs echoed clearly into the room all night long. Because there is zero soundproofing, the disturbance was relentless, turning what should have been a restful night into a very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise against staying in this room if you value your sleep.

The lobby looks expensive and high-end. The aircond, TV, and hot water all work perfectly, and having an iron in the room is a great convenience. The room is small with a noisy bathroom vent if you leave it on and a thin blanket instead of a proper comforter. There is only one towel per guest and no shower gel provided.

The hotel itself? Spotless and comfy — no complaints there. But that signboard lighting? It was less “welcome” and more “interrogation spotlight.” Stayed blazing until about 5am, which is great if you enjoy midnight sun simulations. I woke up so many times I started questioning my life choices. The best part? They proudly advertise “quiet hours” from 11pm to 7am… maybe someone should tell the signboard it’s invited to participate too. Just saying — if guests have to be quiet, maybe the lights could tone it down as well?

The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and it comes with a handheld bidet for cleaning. - The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bedsheets were tidy. - Parking was convenient as it uses the municipal (Majlis Perbandaran) parking system, so finding a spot wasn’t a problem. - Friendly and fast service at the front desk.
