I took rooms. The one for my daughter and grandkids were okay. But mine had problem with air-conditioning. We complained, and they sent someone to fix it. That somewhat improved the temperature a bit but no much. They were kind enough to offer us to change to another room, but my wife didn't want the hassle of changing room. Apart from that, the hot.shower is not hot. Centralized heated water at best, lukewarm water. Other times, cool water. These are the only problems. Otherwise it was a great stay overall.

Outside night view very nice. Location very near to the shops and to BACC by 5 mins walking distance. Lack of facilities.. hair dryer nor working. Cold water shower only the next day we managed to bath with warm shower. I booked for 4 persons in deluxe room with 2 queen beds but hotel provided with 2 towels and 2 bottles of drinking water only.

I used to stay here in previous years for the conference, and I was always satisfied. However, this time I’m quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet. The housekeeping service was also poor — they didn’t make up the room even after we requested it; they only changed the towels.

Nothing This hotel is an absolute disgrace to the concept of hospitality. From start to finish, the experience was appalling. Breakfast was a nightmare — limited, tasteless, and clearly prepared without any regard for hygiene. The so-called omelette was pre-cooked and rubbery, served cold as if guests didn’t matter. Even worse, it caused rashes on my children — an alarming reflection of this hotel’s total negligence toward food safety. The man at the breakfast counter was unbelievably rude and condescending, showing zero courtesy or professionalism. His attitude alone was enough to ruin any morning, but the rest of the stay made it even worse. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was disgustingly filthy — grimy walls and mould in every corner that made it unbearable to use. This place fails in every possible aspect — service, cleanliness, food, and basic human decency. An utter disgrace that should be avoided at all costs.

Great location, walking distance to BACC. There are many food outlets and supermarkets nearby. Need to share ironing facilities on the floor. No slippers in the room.

got Bigger space, bigger bed at very cheap price. Very good environment No ironing in the room. Only shared iron outside the room. No streaming movies (ie: youtube/netflix) and only showed few tv channels
